35 funny tongue twisters that fall apart beautifully
A hard tongue twister makes you concentrate. A funny one makes everyone else in the room wait for you to fail. That's the difference, and it's why these work better at parties than the "serious" ones.
Fair warning on the last section: a few of these are engineered so that the mistake is the punchline. Read ahead before saying them at a family dinner.
Best played as a game: everyone records the same twister, the AI scores speed and clarity, loser's round. Objective refereeing, no arguments.

Why failing is the point
Nobody laughs when you say a tongue twister perfectly. The comedy lives in the miss — and the miss is also, quietly, the exercise. Every failed repetition is your brain being forced to re-plan two colliding sounds, which is exactly the coordination that makes normal speech clear.
So the party game and the speech training are the same activity. If you want proof you're improving while everyone laughs at you: get your score, lose gracefully, retest next week. When you're ready to stop playing and start training, the hard list is ranked by difficulty.
